At the CRA, My team was tasked with creating a mockup of a call center simulation where call center employees could practice "calling" clients. Despite textbook training, employees did not feel sufficiently prepared to start working with callers, so we were asked to create a practice tool where the employees could practice with fake callers. These are the first drafts of the project.
